Trial and subscription questions
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Your data stays saved. We remind you before the trial ends and you pick a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, the account becomes read-only for a grace period before it is paused.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately at any time. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle, provided your usage fits the new plan's limits.
What counts as an active policy?
Policies with the “Active” status. Expired, cancelled, renewed and draft policies don't count towards the limit.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds; VAT may be added as required by law and is shown clearly on the invoice.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes, a yearly subscription costs the same as ten months — two months free.
