Settings → Billing shows your current plan, its status, the end of the current period, usage and invoices. The workspace owner manages it; managers can view it read-only.
Plans
- Every plan includes every module (clients, policies, renewals, claims, commissions, reports). Plans differ by limits and support level.
- Starter: 3 users, 500 active policies and 2 GB of storage.
- Growth: 10 users, 3,000 active policies and 20 GB, with custom branding.
- Business: 30 users, unlimited active policies and 100 GB, with priority support.
- Enterprise: no limits, custom pricing, dedicated onboarding and an SLA.
- Yearly billing = 10 × the monthly price (2 months free).
The free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature and Growth limits, no card needed. A banner at the top shows the days left, and you get a notice 3 days before it ends.
Usage limits
The usage meters show three limits: users (including pending invitations), active policies and document storage. At the limit, inviting a user, activating a new policy or uploading a file is refused with a message to upgrade. Renewing an existing policy doesn't add to the count.
Requesting a plan or an upgrade
- 1Pick the billing cycle (monthly or yearly) above the plan grid.
- 2Click “Request” on the plan you want, optionally add a note or phone number, and send the request.
- 3The request shows as pending on the page; you can cancel it until it's handled. One request at a time.
- 4The Waseet team contacts you with the payment details.
Payment and invoices
There is no online payment in the app yet: pay by bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash following the “How to pay” section, using your workspace code as the payment reference. Once the payment is confirmed, a platform admin approves the request: the plan is activated and a paid invoice appears in the invoices table, ready to print or save as PDF.
Approving requests, recording payments and suspending or reactivating a subscription are done by a platform admin (the Waseet team); you get an in-app and email notice for each change.
When the trial or period ends
- Trial ends: the status becomes Payment due and you can keep editing for a 7-day grace period.
- Paid plan: 7 days after the period ends it becomes Payment due, then Suspended 7 days later.
- Suspended: the workspace is read-only — data can be viewed and exported, but not created or edited. The billing page stays available to request a plan.
- Reactivation: after payment a platform admin reactivates the subscription and everything works again immediately, with no data lost.
Request a plan a few days before the trial ends to avoid any interruption, and set a billing email so invoices and notices reach it too.
