  • Production: premium and commission by month, insurer, line and agent.
  • Renewals: renewal rate and policies ending without renewal.
  • Commissions: expected, received and the difference.
  • Claims: by status and line, approved and paid amounts.
  • Collections: installments in the period and aging (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days).

The CSV is UTF-8 with a BOM, so Arabic opens correctly in Excel.
